We like to work out all of the details on paper before we start construction.  By doing this we eliminate construction problems in the field and eliminate unnecessary change orders due to incomplete building plans.

I personally work with each customer on the design of their new building.  We design the building according to your business needs, and local code requirements.  It is much easier and less expensive to make the changes on paper, verses making them in the field during construction.  This design process takes a little longer but it saves time and money once construction starts.

Throughout the design stage I will hold a number of meetings with you to review your plans.  At this time we will make changes to the plans as they develop through the design process.  By the end of the design phase we will have decided on the Floor Plans, Elevations, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, Floor Covering, Cabinetry, Electrical Locations, etc. and any other special features.
