My Family and I moved from the Midwest to Monument, Colorado in 1973.  My wife Brenda and I have been married for 37-years and have three children and three grandchildren. 

I was a Design Engineer for General Motors before starting my own subcontracting business in the Midwest.  In 1979 I built my first custom home and started my construction business in 1983.  I am a licensed and insured contractor. 

I am a hands on person who works directly with my customers and subcontractors throughout the project (from design to completions).  My subcontractors are hand selected for their craftsmanship, performance, experience, and how long they have been in the area.  I have some subs that have worked for me from the early 80's.

I am a Designer / Builder, which allows my customers to work with one person from concept to completion.  Most designers or architects do not have any construction field experience.  I am able to provide my customers with both, the design of the building and it's structural integrity.
